Hello folks - ALTA wants to expand the number of title professionals who are
involved in TAN, the Title Action Network.  If you join TAN, they will not
spam your inbox.  You will get a handful of messages a year from ALTA when a
national issue affecting our industry is pending in Congress.  To
incentivize sign ups, ALTA is offering a limited number of Amazon gift

Going into 2026, we need to be sure we have as many title professionals
signed up for TAN as possible. Not only will this help us amplify our voice
when engaging on grassroots issues, it will also provide a wider base for us
to connect with colleagues.

Sweepstakes. Now until the end of the year, all individuals who join or
renew their TAN memberships will be entered to win one of five $100 Amazon

When I was serving as a co-chair of the WLTA Legislative Committee, we used
TAN maybe once a year, and only when critical legislation was pending in the
Washington legislature. The notices that we sent out through TAN generated
e-mail to state legislators on important bills while taking just a few
minutes of the TAN members' time.  If you sign up for TAN you will be
supporting our industry both nationally through ALTA and locally through
WLTA. I would encourage you to share this e-mail with your colleagues,
employees, and anyone else in the title industry. Please feel free to
