[Board1] Reminder about Annual WLTA/OIC Meeting - Monday September 23rd 9:30am

Good afternoon!

We have our annual WLTA/OIC Meeting coming up on Monday September 23rd at 9:30am. There are 2 options for attending, in person at the OIC office in Tumwater or via zoom.

If you plan to attend, please send me an email (no need to reply all)  letting me know so I can get an idea of who to expect. I have attached the invitation for the OIC meeting and an invitation to meet for coffee afterward to download if you attend in person.

Here are the topics we plan to discuss at the meeting:

  *   WATIRO filing
  *   DOR tax on recording fees
  *   Title company monetary limits
  *   Website content/consumer education
  *   Attorney opinion letters
  *   Home Title Lock
