Good morning,

 

Attached are the notes from the annual OIC/WLTA meeting a few weeks ago. 

 

Action items are included in the notes, but I also wanted to include them in
the email:

 

*	Need two Agent representatives from WLTA to partner with Sari-kim
Conrad and Craig Trummel on website feedback to OIC
*	OIC to discuss monetary limits, DOR tax issue and AOL's at next
Title Committee meeting. The meeting has been pushed and they don't have an
exact date for the next meeting. Sari to follow up with Elaine to see if
they are able to have the meeting in November. It may get pushed to January
2025.
*	2025 Annual WLTA Meeting currently scheduled for September 15, 2025,
11am. Subject to change.
