Hi George! I just did my registration for the conference, but am unable to book a room. The venue is 100% booked (including the room block) for the night of the 21st. They are going to try to get something for me, but wanted to let you know.

I just did my registration for the conference, but am unable to book a room.  The venue is 100% booked (including the room block) for the night of the 21st.
They are going to try to get something for me, but wanted to let you know.  There are not a lot of other hotel options hearby, so this will create a real problem for attendees.
If they are not able to locate a room option, I will need to cancel my reservation for the conference.  Hoping they can get that worked out, but wanted to let you know, as I anticipate that there will be a lot of folks trying to get a room for Tuesday night!
