[Board1] Annual WLTA/OIC Meeting

Good afternoon,

I'm working with the OIC to schedule the 2024 Annual Meeting; below are some dates and times that work for them, I will schedule based on majority availability. Please respond directly to me with which date works best for you.

Monday, August 19th - start times 1:30pm - 3pm
Monday, August 26th - start times 9:30am - 11am
Monday, September 23rd - start times 9:30am - 11am
If you have agenda ideas for the meeting, please let me know.

For anyone who plans to attend the meeting in person, I would like to throw out the idea of meeting for coffee afterward to recap and discuss how it went.
