[Board1] DOR sales taxes on recording fees

I have spoken with Chris Corey (R) in the 14th he is also willing to help. The key to any sort of success is to get a good bipartisan sponsorship of the bill.   We need to get a good balance on the bill if we are going to bring it forward.

A local (Spokane) Realtor is a legislator in the 4th district and he mentioned to me that he'd be happy to sponsor some clarifying legislation in the next session to prevent DOR from collecting taxes on recording fees if we want to collaborate with him to do that. Just throwing it out there.
